Since the IPO and the issue of Dräger preference shares in 1979, Dräger has published an annual report, containing all relevant figures and information every year. Dräger’s fiscal year is the calendar year. Since 2003, the Group financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) promulgated by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and the interpretations of the International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee (IFRIC).
Due to its inclusion in the TecDAX share index since 2003 and the related inclusion in Prime Standard, Dräger is obligated to publish quarterly reports.
