The preliminary announcements on the publication of financial reports for the 2011 fiscal year were made on 11 January 2011 and amended on 13 April 2011. The preliminary announcement on the publication of financial reports for the 2012 fiscal year was published on 4 November 2011.

The notices and the agendas of the annual general meeting and the separate meeting of preference shareholders together with the total number of shares and voting rights at the time of convening and the rights of shareholders concerning participation under Sec. 30b para. 1 WpHG were published on 23 March 2011 in the electronic version of the German Federal Gazette and short versions of the convening notices on 23 March 2011 in the Handelsblatt.

The announcement in accordance with Sec. 30e WpHG on the adjustment of terms for Series K bearer-named profit participation certificates and the request to transfer the participation certificates to the collective custody was published on 25 March 2011 in the electronic German Federal Gazette.

The announcement in accordance with Sec. 30e WpHG on the waiver of the right to substitute was published on 4 May 2011 in the electronic version of the German Federal Gazette, on 4 May 2011 in the Börsenzeitung and on 4 May 2011 in the printed version of the German Federal Gazette.
